DTDC Courier & Cargo — regarding the consignment no k15579612 | |||||
This is regarding the consignment no : k15579612 that is left from siliguri from 04 th october 2018. I was told that it will reach to me within 4 to 5 working days, but to my surprise it has not reached to me yet. After the several time reminders my complain is not solved and the matter is becoming wordt day by day regarding my consignment. I am also trying yo reach you out over phone and over mail but there is no response i am getting from your side. If this is a condition then i would never think about dtdc courier. Please help me out from this serious issue this time only further i would never never chose dtdc. Was this information helpful? | |||||

It's a very shameful to say. But by mistake I had written the wrong pincode in the address, where I want to send the courier. It's a great humble request from you to please help me to get it correct. So the receiver should get the product at the right time . I shall be highly obliged to you to help me to resolve this issue. I regret to my mistake.
