DTDC Courier & Cargo — Regarding the responsibility of your service | |||
My name is Anu T vijayan and i am from trivandrum, Kerala. My contact number is [protected]. I send a package to Kottayam on 19th october 2020 from Attingal DTDC branch (Trivandrum). But today[protected] i got a call from attingal DTDC branch and told me that the package is returned. The reason they told me that there is no such a person in that "To" address. So I contacted the person to whom i send that package, she told me that she didn't get any call or any updation from the DTDC Kottayam. I clearly mentioned the proper address details along with the pincode and mobile number of the receiver. I don't know what service you are giving to your customers. I paid and send the item from the DTDC but the attingal branch they are telling thats not their issue, the problem is with the Kottayam branch. Now i realised that the actual fault is not with your team, its my own fault that i choose your service for sending a courier... !!. I send on 19th october and upto 7th november i didn't get any updation or anything from your team and they are telling its my fault. Its really bad from your side.. The package was containing live plants worth Rs. 800/- Now i need to return the cash to the customer because of choosing your company service for sending a package.. 🙏🙏🙏 Was this information helpful? | |||
