DTDC Courier & Cargo — Rescheduled stating failed attempt Closed on arrival without even ringing the bell or knocking the door.

I was available at the address waiting for the parcel with fee stated by one of the personnel.
However, the delivery driver never approached my door, did not ring the bell nor knock the door, my number was available as well he could have called me. But instead they straight away stated as failed attempt which is not acceptable at all as I left important meetings/work and stayed home waiting for this international parcel. This is quite annoying and distressful and loss for my time and away from my work. Now this is holiday period now it will take almost another week to deliver, completely unacceptable delay. Worst service.
