I returned product I bought online. DTDC ROHTAK, has to pick it up, I received a call on 08.03.2016, Tuesday for pick but no one came. On 11.03.16 Friday I called DTDC, & asked them for pick up, they said they have no one to pick up, you yourself have to come & drop. I went to drop but then they refused to take it as they lost token no.

I bought online one product. DTDC kidangoor, kottayam dist, Kerala, I received a call on 21.03.2016, Monday for pick but no one came for the delivery. I called DTDC, & asked them to deliver me as my house is on road side, they said they don't deliver the product, you yourself have to come & receive . I picked up my item but for the same the they have charged for delivery charges so whets the use buying online. what action are you going to take?
