Hi, I have booked one jewellery(pre paid) set through instagram page and they have couriered it to my address (Tanuku) on 6th nov 2021, through dtdc, It has been received in tanuku dtdc office but i didn't receive any information /call about the receival of parcel.When i checked the status it is showing as RTO initialized and status is not changing from 11th. I have been messaging /sending emails/calling to dtdc customer care but not receiving any answer from them. Could you please help me on this ?
