I sent this shipment on 18th dec'18, till date the shipment is not delivered and there is update in tracking after wed, 19th dec'18|13:23 hrs

I sent repeated emails to dtdc support and also contacted dtdc personal but there is no proper action taken so far.

Please return the shipment to origin asap as my this is time sensitive shipment and there is no use delivering now. Otherwise i will take this to consumer court.

During billing DTDC executive mention value of good ₹8000 and bill at ₹862 for shipment, but in deceleration form they mention value of good ₹4000. If they provide value good at such low then they should bill less. i need refund of extra money charged for insurance of ₹4000
