DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment missing | |||||
I am writing this massage after trying all resource and all concern person for dtdc courier and haven't solve my issue till date that since 28/08/15 i send one shipment to surat but haven't reached destination after call customer care same shipment show that shipment was take place on 06/11/15 origin: surat branch booking date friday, november, 06, 2015 status delivered destination: surat status date fri, sep, 04, 2015 12:12 pm as document show receiving persons name not show and contact no is fake so kindly have a look on this issue and revert on same ...
