DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment not delivered after 15 days

Tracking ID is 7D[protected], this is partially delivered. One of its shipment is still not delivered. Delivery date was 5 Nov 25. complained so many times but still it is not delivered. pathetic courier service and worst company. They even dont have the grievance cell to escalate issue. People please dont use DTDC.
