DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment not delivered | |||||
Hi, I'm the receiver of shipment z20856373 which never received to me. On the dtdc portal, the status is successfully delivered. When i complained about the same to dtdc, they shared the drs copy of the same and which clearly shows that it was delivered to someother person. They raised a case for investigation but did nothing for 15 days. After 15 days, they send me the same drs copy on email and closed the case. My shipment is lost, they are unable to track it. The date when they delivered it, my door was locked and nobody was at my home. Now when i'm asking to whom you delivered, they are not able to find it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Some products were delivered from midnapore, west bengal on 2/6/17.people incharged, told that it'll be delivered to tge respective address within 2 or 3 days..but yet its not delivered.. now people incharged in Dtdc service are ignoring this mater.. those products were very important..i want to complain against this.
