I havent received the shipment which was shipped last week. Have raised a complaint 15937955. Not able to reach customer care as well. It is keeps on getting disconnected. Haven't received any response on the above complaint as well. Initially the package was routed to frazer town. When i checked with that branch, they informed me that they will not cover the area where i belong to. Let me know when it will be get delivered. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 14, 2020 Updated by nandini sasidharan i just called the respective branch, he informed me that bangalore head office sent the package again to the frazer town. He haven't delivered again to me and incorrectly updated the comment as RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)) Such a worst courier service in india. It is medicine package which i am waiting for past one week.
