DTDC Courier & Cargo — shipment not delivered

My consignment number is A45910862, and my package is not delivered at chittinagar, vijayawada City. From last five days, it is showing the same status. Shipment arrived to vijayawada hub on 12th march, 2020. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have spent around 60 rupees of my mobile balance on DTDC customer care. You can feel my frustration, as this was my second experience with DTDC. I am regretting, why i choose DTDC.

Please solve my issue. I have to get a courier that is booked at Mumbai on 11th March.
In your website it is showing since yesterday till now as "data not available"
My consignment number is M07765763
Please help me. Why the data is not avaiable even if the courier is shipped one day back. Please solve this issue
