DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment not delivered - could not attempt - reschedule or pickup?

I’m waiting for a DTDC courier to be delivered. The last update I received was Not Delivered - Could not attempt. It’s an urgent package so I want to check if I can pick up the courier from the DTDC branch it was last tracked to. Can anyone help with this?
