DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment Not Delivered. Incorrect Online Status

Had sent a parcel from Mumbai to Tirupur on 16th March 2017 by dtdc. The online status shows as delivered on 22nd March but the consignee says that they have not received the parcel. Had send all details to dtdc customer support but they are yet to provide any details on whom the parcel was delivered and their details. Online Receiver details shows relationship of receiver as "Employee". The Mulund Colony Mumbai DTDC branch from where the parcel was sent is also not helping in this matter.

remains undelivered till 05.04.2017, there is no respone from your office
