DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment not delivered on time

I booked a consignment on premium delivery which says shipment will delivered in 48 Hrs. They charged me high and still after 72 hrs product is not delivered. No one tell me the exact situation of the consignment and talk very rudely. Dtdc have worst courier services in India. The consignment is very urgent and i dont know the situation of that consignment after paying so much money to them..

The DDTC franchise called Vishwanath at the DDTC office Sarjapur road was very rude with his behavior he even went to the extent of speaking respectable.
