DTDC Courier & Cargo — shipment not received after 1 month.

Pro direct soccer dispatched my shipment on 29th september from uk through dtdc. However i still haven't got it. I've called dtdc more than 20 times and the only reply i get is that i'll get my shipment in 2-3 days. It is very frustrating and disappointing. My consignment no. Is n96941279. It in france since 8th october. The dtdc executives can't do anything. It has been a month but no positive outcome from their side.

DTDC guys
if you guys are listening than take a note that dtdc office in my city (hansi, haryana) is every-time calling people to collect parcel their own and threatens to cancel delivery if not taken. this is huge nuisance thing i have ever got from a delivery company .

please note city name is Hansi from haryana state with pincode -125033

My consignment no: B58859517 is not delivered to the address but showing as delivered.And none of the regional office no are working nor we are able to contact via email. I am not sure where is my product now.
