DTDC Courier & Cargo — shipment not received and no update from dtdc after several follow up. | |||
As per DTDC tracking my shipment Z60592595 was out of delivery on 8th May and status updated on tracking site was receiver not available.DTDC delivery person did not turn up to give the shipment at the given address, as my parents are there at home. Why your system is wrongly updated.I made a followup call on customer care to check when the parcel will be delivered. CC agent said they will cross check from their end and I will get update asap, for which I got SMS on 10th May.11th May I got call from DTDC, 1 lady called to confirm whether I received the parcel and she hanged up the call as soon as I said not. She didn't even bother to listen further.12th May I got SMS it has been escalated. After 12th and till now no response from DTDC and I haven't received my parcel. Very disappointing I have paid sender 2000+ amount for my parcel which I am still waiting. Was this information helpful? | |||
