DTDC Courier & Cargo — shipment not received by the consignee

Con no: m72468955,
We have sent document to goa on 18.12.2018 and till now not received by the consignee wherein it is showing delivered in the system. It seems its been delivered at wrong place. Even after regular follow up with nariman point brnch till date dey donot have any clue nor they reply on this. They are not even ready to refund the money.

Consignment no : Z79503717
The parcel was not delivered to the consignee.
The status shows delivered but delivered to whom. The package is not delivered to the consignee nor they tried to call on the given number. Not expected this from dtdc thought it was reliable. Please resolve this issue .
