I have sent a courier from Roorkee to Visakhapatnam (Zip-530017) on 24th May with the consignment number[protected] .This has very important documents and the online tracking now shows it's not moved from Indore since 31st May. I called customer care 5 times in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available are responding properly after every call they tell pls wait 3 days and the day never comes.All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.
