Hello,

My tracking number is z40527636 and after a lot of struggle to reach hdfc i got the tracking number from them to find out that the shipment has been sent back to the bank. It's mentioned that the courier partner tried calling me since wednesday (21st feb). This is completely incorrect as the first call i got from dtdc was on friday (23rd feb) and i gave all the details of the house address and was waiting since 3 days. No one came and i see on the tracking that it is undelivered because door was locked.

I wanted to bring this up since this is happening multiple times from the courier partners and we as customers are made to go thru inconveniences.

I was told that nothing could be done and have to contact the bank itself.

M61843262 is the tracking number. In status it’s showing it’s received on 24 around 6 pm. But I wasn’t at home that time .so it wasn’t received. Kindly check where it has been delivered.
