DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment was not delayed

Dear sir, i have sent courier trichy to chennai wide consignment number C20209259. It was booked on 30th october2021 and till date 15.11.2021 @11;58 hrs it was not delivered to the receiver. Alot of enquires made to the booking agent there was no proper response. because of this i lost my valuable customer and i was completely depressed. i would like to know the proper reason for the delay and i would like to my claim my rights. And i request you to take necessary action taken against this.
