The shipment was booked for Diwali gifts and eatables from Delhi to Indore (consmt no. V[protected] on 9th Nov.2020. It reached to Indore on
12th Nov and we got call from local delivery partner of DTDC that you have to come and collect it from our office, we will not deliver to your address that is mentioned in the booking receipt. We argued but he refused to deliver. We lodged the complaint online and also by calling to the number mentioned in their website. The customer care rep said that they will take some action. But there was no communication thereafter from DTDC. Later when I checked the status on 16th Nov.it showed the area is not serviceable.
The parcel was returned by the local partner of DTDC saying that your area is not serviceable. Why this was not told at time of booking? Now who is responsible for our loss. We will go to the court for this irresponsible practice of DTDC. I suggest all to take action against such practices of DTDC
