We have booked a parcel from cochin to destination trivendrum against booking no d46799764 on 11/10/2018. When we have tracked next day noon it has been showing out for delivery. But the notification has been changed in evening to receiver not available.in actual case the receiver is available 24x7 in site. Still now on 15th october 2018 and the tracking shows receiver not available. When we have contacted local branch they asked us to collect the parcel from their office. Requesting to support us. The parcel is very urgent to us and please deliver to the booked destination without further delay. We have booked the parcel as door delivery and we are having no provisions to collect the same from your local franchisee in trivendrum. Hopes for instant support from dtdc.

Not received the Shipment at the destination whereas it shows delivered successfully on online tracking.
It was received by none of any security till now. The tracking no. is

Shipment booked in Allahabad on 1st September and haven't been delivered yet to Kanpur.

The tracking I'd is Z69874594.

Please help to find the parcel as it contains very important document.

Dtdc people are now misbehaving and not helping.

On 05/10/18 I have sent one courier by DTDC courier Docket no.P47881952 From Ahmednagar to Pune, Ahmednagar collection centers person told me it will be deliver on 06/10/18 but till 09/10/18 its not delivered.
