[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — State capital NOT SERVICEABLE

I live in Gujarat State Capital Gandhinagar, which has been marked as NON SERVICEABLE AREA. I wasn't even informed or given an email regarding this - when they are situated in Ahmedabad which is just beside Gandhinagar.
I have been delivered products at my location multiple times so I it's not as if I live in a remote location. There was no call, no email and I only got to know that they have refused to deliver on checking status history.
DTDC IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE PRESENT IN INDIA. PEOPLE CHOOSE IT FOR IT'S LOW COST BUT IT CANNOT DELIVER A PARCEL IN STATE CAPITAL - THAT'S HOW BAD IT IS.
And the executives from the courier don't even inform if there is a problem, they just up and decide to return the package. I could've picked it up but nothing. No contact with customer care either - no one picks up.
