Hi sir/mam,

If you were able to check the shipping status of this consignment no. B59012737, you will come to know how bad your service is as the courier has been booked for delivery on 24th octooct 2018 from bangalore to up and it was not delivered to the consignee or it hasn't been returned to me still. Even after contacting the local courier office several times and sending mail to dtdc official email id, still i haven't got any response. Forgive my language as i am very much frustrated with the service you are providing.

Updated by Sasidharan Ayyavu It has been 19 days so far after the complaint has been registered via consumercomplaints.in but still there is no response. Please let me know, is there any deadline for resolving the complaints ?
