Dear team,

This is pure treachery and cheating.

I had sent a parcel (Smart watch) which is quite expensive to delhi.

Consignment no a40831614.

Surprised to see that the status is showing delivered but is still not received by consignee.

The address is clearly written preet vihar and in the tracking website it is showing swasthiya vihar

Is this the way for cheating your customers?
