DTDC Courier & Cargo — stolen and tampering with parcel in transit

I had sent a parcel via this courier on 20th February 2018. It was supposed to arrive at the destination by 1st March 2018. There was no information about the whereabouts of the packet till 4th March 2018 despite a number of calls to the customer care. Finally the parcel was received on 6th March 2018 in poor condition with its contents tampered and some of the items stolen. Tracking No. D40089921
