DTDC Courier & Cargo — tampered parcel and missing items

Today i received a parcel from mumbai. (To chennai). After opening the parcel i realized that 3 items amounting to 3000 rs. Is missing from the parcel.

On further introspection i found out that the parcel (A cardboard box) had been opened and retaped with a different colored tape (A darker version of the brown tape). A really shoddy repacking i must say.

I did not expect this from such a renowned and famous courier company. Just wanted to put it here so others can be aware.

Mera parcel Indore to babina book kiya gya docet no.D45766141 jo aapke Jhansi delivery office se kisi other party ko deliver kar diya.jabki parcel mujhe aaj din tak nhi mila.
Is pafcel m mere important papers the jinka misuse ho sakta h.
so plz, mere parcdl ko urgently mujhe delivery karaye.
