DTDC Courier & Cargo — television breakage | |||||
We had sent parcel from Bangalore to Silchar for television through DTDC courier and corgo. They took total 14 days to parcel the item and moreover we forced and chased the person to deliver. later we were obliged to go and collect from other place instead of delivering to home. Later conditions was very poor. But the item was damaged once we opened it. The top corner was completely damaged. Inside the components were hanging. My order has not been delivered since 11th of May'18. As per your Tracking Records, you have tried to deliver my Product twice and have updated as "Not delivered" where as in reality I was never even contacted by your executives.
It's been so long now. Kindly respond to my query ASAP and deliver my Product.
