I had couriered a television from Mumbai to Bangalore and had clearly mentioned that it's a TV, opted for the right option on the booking portal and also paid the insurance charge in case of damage. To my surprise, the television just got delivered few minutes ago and the screen has been trashed completely, there are dents on the body and the whole panel is completely bent.
Upon calling customer care, they said I need to reach out to the DTDC Booking Center is Origin and they'd help. Upon reaching out to them, they said I need to reach out to customer service. I am not getting any help and upon checking with my TV Manufacturer, the cost for repair is beyond 10000.
I am not getting any help from DTDC.
