DTDC Courier & Cargo — Tempered packet received and the document not received

Dear,
My tracking no is N94649513. I got my packet just now. But wen I begin to open packet it was tempered and also didn't get the original documents/bill sent with this packet.
I started calling the guy who delivered me packet but it seems he has intentionally switched off the phone.
Kindly look into the matter and help me to find the solution ASAP.
If you cannot suggest me kindly help me to find exact channel to sort it out.
I am waiting for two days and hope that I won't need to go to Consumer Court.

Worst courier ever.
Never go with. Once you will betrapped you will not get rid of from this. No response from customer care nor the office.
