Hello sir

Today i tracked my package, it was showing out for delivery at 12pm. I took nmobile inthe had sat till 6pm
I dint get any call fron the courier boy. As as soon as i tracked my parcel at 6.15pm. It was showing undelivered. I dont know what happend. But i want my parcel as soon as possible.

I want the parcel by tomorrw as it is very important for me.

For your kindly information
one shipment came today 7:30 a.m near by our office branch & it is walk able
distance but now time is 5:17 p.m but that shipment unable to get & already 3
times call to your office & requested to him this is air shipment & it is very urgent but their person neglect this

& that docket no. is_I03403302
