DTDC Courier & Cargo — the parcel lost by dtdc kalyan branch, and the online tracking details gives wrong information

The package was booked on 18th oct 2019 with tracking id p52218224
We followed up the tracking and kalayan branch accepted that they have lost the parcel and cannot be delivered. I contected the local dtdc office pune hinjewadi for complaints and he said nothing can be done now.
Tha package had the content worth inr 1200 rs, everything is lost. We expect a resposnce from dtdc and the refund of the amount.

Dear sir
We have booked a parcel K21671207 on 30 October 2019 from Mechogram purba medinipur 721139 west Bengal to Muzaffarpur bihar, 842001.

But still package is not delivered.
Online tracking also not showing any update.
Parcel is urgent, so kindly requesting you take some needful action.
