DTDC Courier & Cargo — Theft from packet | |||
Sent a packet containing 10 items from DTDC office at sector 7 Faridabad on 22.10.16 vide CN NO Z05003895 for Rohini Delhi. The packet delievered within expected time on 24.10.16. Packet received at Rohini had only 6 items. 4 items stolen in transit. It seems that the packet was tampered by someone "IN TRANSIT". It is very unfair and alarming as we will be either looking for another courier service or will be more cautious while packing. I think all customers shall take a photograph of the packet before shipping and send it to person receiving it. Was this information helpful? | |||
