DTDC Courier & Cargo — thesis not getting from ustm

I have not received thesis from ustm university, meghalaya from your dtdc. I have received same thesis by speed post. Not only that last, i have not received another thesis from kalyani university, nadia, wb. Today, i have called your delivery person, informed me that collected document from university gate.
