DTDC Courier & Cargo — they are not providing pod and showing product delivered

They had delivered my item after 38 days but in real, item is not delivered and showing that it has been delivered.
When i asked for pod they are asking for time 2 days, for a week but now more than a month completed but nothing had changed.
