DTDC Courier & Cargo — they have not delivered

I have couriered a parcel from bangalore on 26th july 17 and it is still not delivered to the addressee at mangalore..?? I[censored] see the tracking it is misleading as its been delivered??
But if you ask the office where it shipped they are telling it still on transit?? Whom to believe?? I am not sure whether my parcel is safe.

I wrote to the customer care, added ticket but still no reply. Very pathetic service

I was expecting a courier from delhi which was sent on 26/07/17 .I wrote a complaint on the site I called up udaipur to know my courier the person said it will be delivered at 5 pm .I called up at 5:30 and he said I assure it will be delivered today. It never got delivered.courier no - z29213962

Very rude behavior of Rahul chandigarh ([protected]) based Franchise, he was 70 meters away from home and not willing to deliver the packet. and the shocked this was .. he came to deliver the packet and saying this is not the area for delivery.. so ridicules ..
