DTDC Courier & Cargo — They marked my shipment as customer refused

I didnt get any call from the courier team, they marked all my 3 orders as customer refused. When enquiry was raised the customer failed to respond.

Updated by Rohinisrinivas They have a worst service first thing is i have not received the package no call received from delivery guy. They marked receiver refused.
Now after raising a complaint they have sent it back to pune on what bases they have marked resolved.
Such a worst service.
