DTDC Courier & Cargo — track status not available

My friend sent a package from delhi to ghaziabad 10 days have passed no tracking is availaible. I have send sms to [protected] but it also shows invalid data. My docket no is z67114706. The package deliver was very important for me. I want dtdc official to intervene and resolve the issue. None of the customer care is picking up the phone we generally do courier to be sure but if courier companies like dtdc will show this type of irresponsibilities than what consumer will do
