Tracking id: b72072184 / complaint number :16900030
This is withâ regards to the above trackingâ id and complaint number which is yet not been resolved. I want to ask you why is the dtdc working so ineffciently where nobody has an answer to give about my package.
My parcel was sent on 13th from hongasandra branch. Person who collected it was pawan. From 14th onwards i have been trackingâ my parcel and it is showing reached cochin hub and in transit. After making a lot of calls to customer care and on social media, they finally made an update on the tracking (Status was out as covid 19 lockdown)â until 23rd (Yesterday) it was showing same status.
Today again when i checkedâ its showingâ status of 14th july (In transit)
I mean do you think customers opting for dtdtcâ services are crazy. Pay money to you people, trust thatâ it wil be safe and delivered. But you'll don'tâ have the # audacity to even give me an update about the status of my parcel.
How many more days do youllâ want me to wait. I am seriously disgusted with dtdc and their services.
By today:1. I want a genuine update and reply about my parcel wherabouts.2. I want my parcel picture to be sent to me and deliveredâ to the consignee today itselfâ (Address :â ashley dias, 58/906, market road, kochi 682018)â â 3. I am not going to make any further calls, i will be lodging a direct complaint against pawan hongasandra branch and dtdc india.â
This attitude is not done.â i will tarnish your name if i don'tâ get an update today..
This seems to be my only work, following up with dtdc every single day, and greeshma from customer will tell me, please wait madam, you will get a message update today. And no # reply comes.â
