This complain is in regard to an item not delivered (Bearing tracking id - k[protected] When we have enquired the dtdc amta branch, they have replied that we need to visit their branch and collect the item. This is highly frustrating. We have paid a premium price to dtdc for the home delivery. Can you please explain the reason why are you harassing customers? Are you behaving per your reputation?
