DTDC Courier & Cargo — tv received in damaged condition | |||
We handovered unpacked tv to dtdc person for air courier to gurgaon on 16th may, after so many followup we received courier on 02june 2018. After receipt of courier we find packing is non standard and after removing packing tv is found cracked and corner damaged. In between we have made several follow ups with the concerned dtdc courier collection agent me. Rajiv - panvelas the courier is not received them he told due to proper packing it is getting delayed. After calling concern sender, he is not ready to take the responsibility. Now as the courier is send on the basis of dtdc reputation we are filing full compensation claim on declared amount.
