On 25th Aug 2020, four days ago, I received a message from DTDC about consignment being out for delivery along with a SMILE CODE. At 1:32pm I received a SMS about consignment delivered, along with a feedback url. Since there was no delivery made and no SMILE CODE collected from me, I immediately gave a feedback on the url regarding non-delivery. However there has been no response at all.I assume therefore that their feedback system is an eyewash.
Next day I called up their customer care who in turn asked me to contact the local branch. Local branch connected me with the delivery boy who again claimed to have delivered the consignment but on insistence, promised to visit next day, that is on Thursday, to sort this out but it is Saturday now and still there is absolutely no visible followup action either from the customer care or local branch.
The consignment contained a vehicle insurance document. Surprisingly there is no follow up from the insurance company as well to cross check if the delivery is made. But that is a different thread and I will be raising an issue with their customer care as well. Was this information helpful? |
