[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Undelivered item

My item is not yet delivered and it’s been more than 7 days. I had logged complains still no solution. I got to know it is in hitech city Madhapur Hyderabad branch, I called that number[protected] some guy picked and say he would deliver on 4th June 2020 but post that no one came to deliver. I have been calling that number and no one is picking up. My entire day is going calling the call centre’s and they are saying my item will be delivered but no one is calling me from courier. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jun 11, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing step I think the company took, everything this site took. As there was a complaint so they delivered today. Else I never received any call regarding my complaint. Hence all credit goes to customer complaint forum. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 08, 2020 Updated by Pragyanpdas I have still not received my packet. Last Friday I had called a number [protected], this is hitech city DTDC number. The person who picked yelled at me saying when the packet is not here why are you calling us. This is how they behave, I lost my item and I am talking soberly these guys are yelling at me, I am just waiting to see when my item will be delivered. No is responsible to think for a while that since May 29 my item is in hyd but I am not receiving it.

I am attaching all the screen shot just to show what everyday these people are doing. They are sending my parcel to some DTDC office which is closed and locked and everyday morning I am seeing out for delivery, by evening it is delivery failed. Irony is these shameless people don’t even bother to call me.

I am gonna claim my money from these DTDC people, as I am going thru mental stress.
