DTDC Courier & Cargo — Items stolen from parcel | |
My sister has send a parcel containing cosmetics items and other gifts items from ghaziabad to Andhra Pradesh( khamman district). Consignment Number Z08607648 but when i open the parcel there were old clothes instead . on the transit someone has stolen the items. please take action on DTDC courier . we trust and used the service but the service is only stealing our items. I have ordered on WLSCART.COM with dated: 31/12/2016, Order ID: 4226 and shipped via DTDC Consignment/Airway Bill Number: Z13037584, Till now my order wasn't delivered to me.I went to NAD/VIZAG(AP) Branch wasn't found at there my order, I think they forget somewhere else. What a worst courier service.I want full refund of my order.
