DTDC Courier & Cargo — Undelivered parcel shown as delivered

I booked a parcel containing food items on 6th of june 2020 at ramphal chowk dwarka, for goregaon east.. And was told that it would be delivered within a week or 1 or 2 days late. On tracking my item i was surprised to see my parcel was shown containg books. When i contacted dwarka branch on 13th i was told that it wad written by them and again said that it would take time of day or more.
But upto 11.00am on16th june 2020 it was showing undelivered... And suddelnly at 11.30 am on 16th 2020 it started showngdelivered on 15th june2020... Strrange?? Though the parcel is still undelivered.
When i approached dtdc the gave me a number of babita who was still insisting that it is delivered... Though the receiver is asking for the delivery
How could a courier co like dtdc is irresponsible...
A very bad experience i am still receiving..
