DTDC Courier & Cargo — Unethical & Unclear practices

Hi,
I am Subhashini, one of your customers who trusted prepaid process and paid a sum of ₹3515 for delivery of personal belongings from Bangalore to Thanjavur.

On Dec 6th 2021, Unaware of actual weight of all of my parcels, I quoted an approximate weight and dimensions while booking 2 pick-up requests via MYDTDC app.
1. 36 kg consignment: D[protected] a bag of clothes
2. 15 kg consignment: D[protected] a box of books
When the pick-up professionals came, I asked them to check weight and inform me if there is a difference in weight or dimensions. They said that they can estimate only in booking office.

As I was already doubtful about the weights I quoted, I had handed-over three more bags of my clothes and asked the professionals to weigh them too, hoping that all my four cloth bags would together make ~36 kg. I had also told them that I didn't want to spend any more money on this.
I also clearly told them NOT to send my 3 cloth bags without clarifying weight details.
I had asked the professionals to call me when they were about to reach Bommasandra office (where they said they would weigh my parcels by procedure) so that I can go there in person or atleast video call me when they check weight.

Later around 7:30 pm that day, All I received were few phone calls from them stating that they spent their own money (₹1400) for these three bags put together as a single big parcel of weight 19kg and a photo that showed a white sack weighing 19kg via WhatsApp. I told them not to send it as this would cost me additional money. But, they said that consigment (D[protected] left the place.

SINCE THEN TILL THE CONSIGNMENTS REACHED MY HOME ON 7th Dec 2021, I had contacted customer care to stop D69751142 and to provide me actual weight of my first two consignments; I raised online requests in DTDC's official site to provide seeking same help; I had called DTDC Thanjavur also to check weight and help me with invoices as well as refund if possible.
I received standard reply: Shipment summary for every service query I raised.
DTDC customer care told me that I paid for D69751142 and could not give me an INVOICE for this order till date.
The delivery team in Thanjavur did not provide weight details too.
The shipment labels on the parcel D69751142 DO NOT HAVE ANY DETAIL ON THE AMOUNT PAID/WEIGHT WRITTEN. I see that it has been X-Rayed unlike other parcels I sent myself. I am genuinely scared to open it.

Now these pick-up professionals ask me for a refund of ₹1400 everyday & they don't have an invoice for the transaction they claim to have made on my behalf. DTDC doesn't provide me the invoice too for D69751142.

When I had weighed these consignments on my own, I SEE CONSIDERABLE DIFFERENCES IN WEIGHTS.
I am not opening any of the parcels I received till I receive a solution for this issue.

I am so confused with your processes and I am very much disappointed with what happened. I feel terrible to hear that someone paid on my behalf.
If I had quoted and paid less, I would have been contacted with right numbers before booking occurred.
I really need this issue to be handled in right manner.

I neither received a clarification nor an invoice for the third consignment sent. Thanks to DTDC the pick up professionals are so angry with me. I can't pay them without having an invoice. I had paid double the actual expense of sending the three parcels already to DTDC.
