DTDC Courier & Cargo — Unprofessional behaviour

Hi team,

I am writing this mail regarding the unprofessional behaviour of the person who is calling me from past couple of days from the number +[protected] to deliver my shipment. the cosignment number is z06020900. he is saying that can deliver the product before 12 pm and if i dont recieve it he is going to return it. informed him that i am not available at my address before 12 and requested him to deliver it later on, to which he denied straightway and when i told him that i will call headoffice and customer service people, his reply was do whatever you want as he is not afraid of anybody and will not deliver the shipment just for me specially.
This dtdc centre is just 1km away from my address and i do not expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour.
I will really appreciate if you can look into this concern and help me with cosigment delivered asap.
