I was supposed to receive mobile case from dtdc. Courier was booked from guindy to siruseri. The courier reached the nearest transit location by 10.30 am and it was out for delivery and still the status is in out for delivery status.
Upon reaching the consumer support number provided by dtdc, the guy who picked the call answered in a unruly manner. Courier from guindy went to pallikaranai and from there to navalur from there to siruseri for delivery. Initially we booked giving the office timings which is 6 pm. They accepted for standard delivery and now this guy who picked the call was asking me do you know where pallikaranai is where navalur is. Do you know how long it will take to reach there. Which i feel is totally out of context. I mentioned if i had come by bus also i would've self picked the courier. I think this is not the exact way to handle the consumer.
I though requested him to deliver the parcel within 6 pm. He answered me harshly that it'll get delivered by 7pm. If you need the parcel wait and get else return it.
Kindly see to it this does not repeat again and still i have not received the parcel.
