DTDC Courier & Cargo — Urgent parcel not received from last 10 days | |||||
Dear Sir, I have experinced worst service from DTDC. I mailed some urgent important documents from Ludhiana to Dakor. DTDC individual accept it with Cn. No. Z96946665 now it is stucked in transit from last 10days, it is a very important and urgent document. None of dtdc customer care is responding even they are not sending it in RTO. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 23, 2017 Nithya. B's response Plus the delivery person is further delaying the delivery and taking it casually. How can you update something online when it has not been delivered

My consignment no is V37612528.. the online tracking shows that the package has been delivered.. but it has not been delivered to the designated address pls look into the matter and deliver the package as soon as possible or I will have to take strict actions
