Placed a dtdc express courier to hubli from mysore tilak nagar branch on 4.1.2018 which was suppose to reach by 5.1.2018.. Courier hasn’t reached till 6.1.2018, 13.00.. What is the point of express delivery & charged 3 times the normal rates.. When we call back the office they are so irresponsible.. When i went to send the courier at tilak nagar mysore branch dtdc (4.1.2018) they promised that it will reach next day by 12.00 (5.1.2018).. I tried calling them on 5.1.2018 evening they are arrogantly replying that it will reach by 6.1.2018 kindly adjust.. This is the kind of courier service they are giving & the customer care people at dtdc main branch in mysore tell irresponsibly to call and ask tilak nagar branch.. Nobody of the people taking any responsibility.. Worst courier + customer care service at dtdc..
